If users choose not to do anything, the surplus will be automatically transferred to the new year’s consumption on the user’s existing account. We will not take this surplus like energy retailers are doing. (P.S: after a few years of no use, the surplus will be deleted)
Users with multiple meters on the same account do not need to do anything: the surplus will be divided to consumption of all meters on this particular account.
