We all have heard about option trading , where you can Call or Put Options ,I was thinking that could be a good way in this bearish market instead of usual trading or margin trading , but I haven't tried that yet , would like to know your idea especially experienced ones in that case ,, What do you think guys about it?

I didn't hear the term Option trading before,you are saying that margein trading or something else?
None of the strategy will help you to be successful in the bear trend you need to find the coins which is buying low now and might sell for high price in the future.
Based on the article I read, option trading is like trading at your own control, you are the one who will decides every transaction on how you will trade your altcoin. As they said, do-it-yourself (DIY) but this doesn't say your alone in trading, there are multiple groups of trader that discuss the uptrend or downtrend of market and strategize the outcome of it.
Like the OP said, the call or put options are the different types of option trading contract. Call means the owner has the right to purchase shares with specified security and price at specified time frame while the put means to sell it likewise. Therefore, option trading is all about risk takers choice that is based on historical and implied volatility.
