It is by far the most realistic of the predictions given in the op but that does not sell, just look at the ads that air in TV and you will not see any realistic ones, most promise you all kind of benefits if you buy their product and even if people know this is not true they fall for that type of marketing every single time, everyone know this including many of those giving those predictions, if they gave realistic predictions then no one will talk about them so they give ridiculous predictions they know cannot be true but that make them appear on the news.
