There hasn't been a single Binance IEO that let retail investors get ANY of the supply, not BTT, not FET and now CELER. These are huge P&D by binance and the teams involved. Basically they pay Binance to lise and pump in return for a high price to sell their personal supply into. CELER has 4 PHD who went to ivy league schools in the USA, they were already rich AF now they'll sell tokens they made out of thin air into the pump and take 5 years to pay people to build their product - that may NEVER NEED to be used at all if most chains figure out scaling issues.
