HitBTC is not the best choice, they may be safe, but they require too high a commission for withdrawal, so you should try something else. You can use Binance, or search for a coin on the exchangers, for example ChangeNOW or coinswitch. They have no registration, so you will not pay a fee for withdrawing funds. These are the services that I use now.
Changenow is now a shady exchange and i dont heard about coinswitch , is that a new exchange ? Other alternatives that i know is shapeshift.io , they dont also have a registration but that does not mean that they dont have a fee . hitbtc on the other hand is a well known exchange , so its safe . i did already use hitbtc before and i dont experience any problem regarding on thier service though the fees are seem be costy compare to other exchange out there .
Many new exchange farmers with certain facilities will be adapted to their development, and not necessarily in accordance with the wishes and reliable. but I still feel that HitBtc is still the best I use, although a lot of news about HitBtc is rather negative, but I feel HitBtc is still one of the best.
