IMO, the only reason why Dent has decreased in value is because the market is bearish.
This coin has a good fundamentals so I won't be surprise if it will again pump hard like in the past.
Was looking at its price history here -
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/dent/, it has made a great run at $0.086, so current price is so undervalued.
There is no a relationship with the bearish market but so many holders are dumping their dent and then put it into another platform or new icos. As you can see that how dent was getting a lot of decrease anytime but this coin still over valued for me.
