I was just thinking how much time people spend on gambling sites on a daily basis? I bounce back and forth between work
and household activities, but in my spare time, I like to chill with a beer in hand and doing some casual gambling. I do this
while watching TV, so it is part of my entertainment time.

Someone who is addicted will definitely not be able to do good time management. If you can do good time management, you will be able to avoid addiction. Gambling games are very difficult to predict and even the results are greatly influenced by luck. Do good time management and do the right emotional control, so that you can avoid addiction.
