We listened to our community and chose the reward system, it will be updated after the 60,000 block

Block 60k - 80k = Reward 400 UPC = Collateral 20 000 UPC
Block 80k - 100k = Reward 375 UPC = Collateral 20 000 UPC
Block 100k - end = Reward 350 UPC = Collateral 20 000 UPC
