I never used Hitbtc exchange site. But i need to use it because one of my coins doing good there
But my elder brother told me hitbtc not safe totally , it stucked deposit money /Withdraw. What about now? is it safe now?

Right now there is at least 3 scam report in HitBtc involving a big amount of money, people should stay away from trading in Hitbtc until the issue is resolved, but I doubt it, better look for a more reliable and reputable exchange looks like it's game over for HitBtc.
