maybe this is not a bad thing since price has been decreasing only?  If he forks don't we get 1:1 of the new fork as well? perhaps this could be a good thing as he wants to take development into his hands and possibly increase the value with whatever plans could make it better than current boscoin.

If forks you still get to run your chain, can you explain why this is a bad thing?  Are you guys scared you will be replaced?
