usually bookmakers cancel bets if the match did not take place or was interrupted, sometimes it happens that large bets were made and the bookmaker is looking for any reason to cancel the bet
Why would they do cancel those large bets? Isn't it good for them to have large bets and if the gamblers do lose in a game they will gain profits?
Indeed, it's not a good way to deal with that but nitro team already answered here, just waiting for OP to update this thread and give some information how they handle this issue, if this already been settled and if what explanations did the team provided regarding to this concern, or they are still in process that's why there's no information yet from both ends.
