I do not remember that the Cryptohr project team announced that we are experiencing some difficulties with financing. I think the guys are fine with that.
I do not think that in the absence of money, someone will confess to you. Self-respecting developers try to keep it a secret, much nicer to watch a project that is doing well in the financial part, rather than those who do not have a penny in their pocket.
