This is for site design only. I work alone without a team.This doesn't mean you can use this pic for starting a real ICO to collect money. It's clearly a case of scam, you personally confirm you are working alone and and put some fake team members on the Website which doesn't really work with you.
This looks pretty shaddy attempt to me.
