If you did research before posting you may have noticed that Helios Protocol did NOT conduct and ICO, nor take any money from anyone. It is A SELF FUNDED project with money taken DIRECTLY from the devs pockets. Next time you decide to slander a project without knowing the FACTS, maybe think twice.
