Sometimes panic selling can save us too. 
agreed on this because prices are volatile and we cannot really take on what we are looking for.i have done this before that i panic selling for an altcoin while my friends telling me to stay holding because it will grow day after,but i sold them all and you know what hppen the following day?zthe coin totally dumped and until now they still didnt recover from the buying price so when i am happy from pofit they are regretting for losses lol
