For the moment UV to 980mV stock clocks settings.
By GPU-Z, it consume 205W average at this voltage for 90Mhs under claymore.

So, after 1 night.
Card is OK at 971mV, 1800/1050Mhz.
About 92.5Mhs under claymore with 200,5W average by GPU-Z.

I can't down more the voltage

I have a strange thing with the memory clock, over 1050Mhz i do not win more Mhs!?

Have you the "compute mode" option in the radeon 19.3.3 ?
