I never used Hitbtc exchange site. But i need to use it because one of my coins doing good there
But my elder brother told me hitbtc not safe totally , it stucked deposit money /Withdraw. What about now? is it safe now?

Its very seldom for me to use this exchange actually. But I heard a lot of issues of some traders of Hitbtc exchange.
But honestly speaking, in every centralized exchange there is always a risk involve, and we can't avoid it actually. So this will depend
in our belief in the platform exchange, and choosing a legit exchange if you want a safe platform and trusted one too always look at the top exchange at the coinmarketcap, due to for me its an advantage.
