Etherdelta or forkdelta is not secure for use. My most familiar figures got hacked due to use of Etherdelta. I am giving few tips to find where your coins are listed.
1. Find the token's telegram and social media news. You can get the token listing news.
2. CMC search may help you in this regard to find listed exchange.
3. Coingecko can be your best help to find listing exchange for the tokens that aren't found in the CMC. Maximum tokens' listing information you will find here.
