Really? It's strange because I can log in to my account and I still see some of my coins in my balance, and I don't fill KYC either. I am on Level 1 and my limit withdraw is $2000 with margin trading enabled, and I hope that my account will be fine. But if that is the case, I think I will use instant sell button to sell all of my coins and move it to another exchange.
That's nice but don't be so assured that your account won't be lock, for all we know it might be. It's better to pull out your coins there and move to other sites. You're fortunate that you can still be able to access it.Perfect advice. We can't trust this exchange, they are freezing users funds without evidence of a personal fault. Even if you are ready to send yours personal data to this not credible exchange with an unknown origin, imagine you had open orders, and then at one moment you log in and see that all actions at exchange are blocked: you cann't manage your orders, while we all know that crypto market is very volatile. And then you start to feel yourself like these users at Tradesatoshi discord (also notice how the staff lies about the warning):
