I don't understand what makes you confuse, both campaign are official campaigns as long as I know. The one managed by Hhampuz is the fixed payment rate and participants get paid in ETH + MBL token while the other one is like a bounty campaign that pays in MBL token which will be distributed based on the total stake earned by participant. Obviously both has different spreadsheet as both are different campaign but for 1 project.
