That is not entirely true, i can list many actors who did negative roles like Tony Montana and Michael Corleone played by Al Pacino, Hans Gruber played by Alan Rickman, Joker played by Heath Ledger, Hans Landa played by Christoph Waltz and these are iconic movie characters who are not bald.
