Bounty hunters are never a dumper, even though in the end they sell tokens obtained from bounties, it should not have an impact on prices because they only have very little amount. try to imagine, how can only less than 3% of the total supply can cause a dump. and each participant gets the most 0.001% of the total bounty allocation, so it makes no sense.
