This would solve all the dump problems that are happening with the first exchange listing, but I believe that the team members are too greedy to share their collected funds with bounty hunters. It is much easier to distribute their own tokens that are not so valuable at the moment.
Big projects never be jealous about token distribution included the bounty earnings. Bounty hunters are eagerly waiting for instantly dump the token after getting listed in the exchange. Problem is intention of bounty hunters not bounty managers.
