It is extremely rare for any bounty to pay in USDT or any other stablecoin. Because ICOs are collecting money in ETH, BTC or other coins to sell their tokens, they will pay bounties is their tokens only. Some rare bounties pay in BTC or ETH also but in small amounts only.
