Yes now clear that I using mobile networks but fast and higher speed than the broadband connection and many cheapest price, so I use it. when i restart device and router than now solved it.
It happens to most of us, including myself. As long as there's no hanky-panky involved, you should do just fine.

Your service provider probably use DHCP to allocate IP addresses from a large IP pool. Just switch off your router for a longer duration and hope that a new IP will be allocated to you, that are not used by someone else to access Freebitco.in.
Most service providers cannot allocate fixed/dedicated IP's to specific users, because they have a large numbers of subscribers and they would run out of IP's if more people demand fixed IP's.
