Did you just call me thief? I have never any problem with bitbay, withdrawals were always on time, same go to deposits, support always answer fast. I know that there is a lot of mess around bitbay, but to me they were always OK. Therefore I believe that you will get your ETH back. I just gave you a possible reason for a delay.
