Too many ICO devs have a successful projects. It's too many to mention and to memorize who they are. Maybe it's better if you go ask some of the bounty managers about this because they might know the devs of the projects they are handling.

I know a guy he is a bounty manager from India I just forgot the name. I know his pretty affiliated with many known blockchain developer since most of the project he handled are big clients.
