Your article highlighting an innovative approach to leadership is of great interest to me. I place high value on the human side of the enterprise – the employees, your team players. They are more than “human capital” or someone with an employee ID. We are at our best when we understand and buy in the company’s vision, value and culture. And, yes, “Relationship, Respect, and individualized Recognition are keys.”
