I think that everyone is allowed to have their escrow service no mattervof their rank. But question how someone can trust Newbie's escrow service without prior trading experience here.
Only fools will fall for it, tbh. Maybe if that guy is even a member rank and have some positive trust then it might be. Yet, money is involve here and it's hard to entrust it to anyone that don't have any experience nor good feedback.
