Dogecoin is already in more than 100 known exchanges with around 300 pairs total, having already more than 1000 BCT volume regularly each day from them.  I think Binance may list dogecoin any time after it realizes it can earn too much from dogecoin trading.  No need to pay Binance for listing dogecoin
