Most of the addicted gamblers really can't control themselves on playing gambling games... in my experience I can only control myself and stop gambling whenever I don't have any balances in my wallet so my solution is that whenever I have funds in my wallet, I transfer it to exchange and invest a coin and just do trading and keep telling myself trading is much better than gambling because it's a slow version meaning it's also a gambling but have a slower result and I'm playing it for a long time.

Well I can stay without  gambling as long as I don't have money/funds
