There is such a thing as "overselling". Sometimes a token becomes so cheap that a whale can easily manipulate prices to a point where it's much more profitable to artificially pump prices. Watch the market closely and start reading the charts - it's simpler than it looks.
Indeed there is no such thing as that idea of dumping at worst stages, but we can't motivate those panic traders yet. All they've expected was quicker profit, which isn't yet recovering from a deep bearish period of the market. However, if we observed when people became more panicked the market continued to fall down. So that's in effect of the scenario which cannot be stopped, as long as the whales will take over the raging market price pumps.
