The issue is indeed resolved, I can log in again. Somehow the e-mails from support never arrived in my inbox.
There is one other issue, one of my bets is missing from my history (fortunately I have a screenshot). I'm contacting their Skype but no response yet. I will keep you guys updated.
You sent us an email, but you mentioned here that you did not receive an answer
For this reason, we sent you a screenshot of your email and a response from us.
You now have the support request on Skype, which was answered on the same day.
The screenshot you submitted did not appear in your panel, and there was no record of the game you recorded.
If you have an explanation of the screen shot, please send us an e-mail clearly.
