When time comes that you gain in crypto currency, it means it is already you contribute into your economy. In what way? that's the question, of course in every exchange for each country we residing at there is a tax deduction because that exchange platform was registered under SEC for sure. Were it is regulated under their government, and it was deducted through transaction charge of course, based on my understanding about this things.
