Downloaded latest 3.2.2 windows CLI x64 wallet and reload blockchain.
And cant send any amount of haven!
Always see:
Impossible to send money transaction <5ca9660e7afb4vfw45c32f8afd5cb9dbb85893bf7417f81b2a547227> was rejected by daemon with status: Failed
