It does sound they are trying to connect your account to multiple owners of one account which I didnt know is a problem. It could be misinterpreted because what if some one who accesses they account from home but goes on holidays and wants to access their site from their location at a hotel? It would trigger the same effect on their monitoring system they use.
As far as I know having multiple accounts from one owner is prohibited by every online casino there is because of people taking advantages of their bonuses and promotions.
