Try:
-pinging them through their live chat
-pinging them through their official Twitter handle (mentioning)
-creating another ticket asking for a reply to the original one
Bittrex doesn't provide any support here at Bitcointalk forums - so it's useless to post here about your ticket.
All already tried, 6 tickets made. I did a repost on Twitter, maybe something was wrong.
