He's referring to https://www.fusionsilicon.org here, not by any means the discussion is related to the forum.
I have seen also the http://fusionsilicon.com/#/home, though the site is not secure, yet I believe they are the legit one.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, I was a bit sleepy when I read it. I thought all .org were considered by him a scam. Anyway, disregard my comment.

I see that it's a copycat of the original website. It's good to see that someone reported it, maybe also in the scam accusation?
