We are in a bull market and I will not invest any ICO for now. Ongoing ICO's are going to be failure.
Are you talking in general that all ICOs are going to be a failure? it's okay if you won't invest with any of them because of that.

But if most of the on going ICOs are going to be a failure, it only means that all of them are useless and aren't worthy to invest and participate.

Some projects will succeed but not most of them will do.

I think such failures are brought about by the current market situation. Before, when most ICOs are booming, that's also because of the fact that the ICO department of the market are just rising up, and there is not many competing in the market, unlike now, where there are just so much projects, some even similar with each other. Also, the amount of trust people have in it has dwindled since, and so, that really affects how people view ICOs, choosing not to invest in it anymore. Most people these days are more interested with trading rather than risking in via investing in ICOs.
