You're a newbie with no trade history, which means zero credibility.  Claiming a willingness to meet face to face in the US doesn't change that.  Signing a message with an address that has some coin in it will go a long way to establish credibility.  No one here will trust you enough to send you a single penny without being able to prove the coin exists.

Another thing: No body is going to trust some random "third party" escrow account on Escrow.com that could just be another one of your sock puppets.  We may have fallen off of a turnip truck, but it wasn't yesterday.
