I think binance had one sometime, perhaps it was successful. I expect that we are going to see more of IEOs as icos have almost gone underground.
Yeah, Binance is the most successful project when holding an IEO. If Bittrex is also a big success in this second round, the term IEO will be increasingly well known and many large projects will come to start IEOs as well.
binance has so far shown that they can handle IEO successfully, lasting for few seconds to minutes, but the latest project CELER dropped its price significantly.
i hope projects under bittrex launchpad are more robust and that can sustain or even exceed their IEO price afterwards.
