There is nothing like bull run in 2019 , so kindly make up your mind and buy little you can afford now and trade small by small till it might become an ocean in soonest, the market is always swinging and that is the the bull that make a little to be a big and never expect the one time run to success.
I think it is not us that will prepare for the next bull run instead the whales that controlling the market should. We know that BTC has faster transaction but having volumes of transaction may take time. So these whales should prepare super power computers that will be ready to withdraw BTC in a small period of time.
Anyway, preparing about bull is not really necessary and invest just enough money that one can afford to lose.
I guess we just simply invest right now and accumulate and just wait for the bull-run.
We really don't need to like complicate things and look at the trends, specially if you are just new in the market. Of course there is the risk factor, but if we are going to look at bitcoin's past history, there's nothing wrong in accumulating today and just HODL on it, easy peasy.
