What a naive post! Have you ever used any other exchange except the crappy Tradesatoshi? I doubt.
Most exchanges require KYC only after some limit of withdrawals, as nutildah already said.
Many exchanges even don't have fields for the user's name until the KYC is required due to the volume of his operations or by his wish.
You are free to check this in Binance-account, for example.
There is no sense in this fields until KYC-check (except for Tradesatoshi to scam the users with freezing funds).

This is your fantasies. KYC is legal. Freezing users funds just under the KYC-excuse is a scam.And we all know - Tradesatoshi is freezing legal funds of its users just because they deny to pass a mandatory KYC.
