I will not be able to show us the historical data on how the cryptocurrencies market has been behaving in the past and how the accumulation and distribution cycles has been playing out but most of the time bitcoin and altcoins do come out stronger! I will still encourage us to keep holding and wait until the condition of pricing turned around again. If you sell now you will be regretting when bitcoin get to $50,000 or $200,000 in some years to come as it has happened before and most times we regret selling too early.

yeah keep holding is a good idea just to prevent regrets and definitely a good strategy also just to reduce risk situation. Selling at very low price is a big mistake and it can cause losses. so lets be patient instead and keep believing there still good income in the future despite of the situation. Market is not yet dead so there still a chance. Patience is a virtue. so lets take a break sometimes on it to refresh our mindset.maybe a good idea. Lmao
Our decisions to always sell at low price is what is giving the whales edge over us, even if they have all the funds in the whole world to buy the market, provided they dont get any holdlers that will panic sell, they are only wasting their time and cannot buy more than what is left from the supply and at current price too.
We really need to keep holding our coins and give other interested investorschances to buy from the ones left in the general market for supply. If we can force them to buy without having to get from a seller that panic sell, most altcoins will keep gaining a very good price for as long the market continues to exist.
