usually bookmakers cancel bets if the match did not take place or was interrupted, sometimes it happens that large bets were made and the bookmaker is looking for any reason to cancel the bet

Why would they do cancel those large bets? Isn't it good for them to have large bets and if the gamblers do lose in a game they will gain profits?

There's nothing to complicate, because the support team have come forward to give the description regarding the cancel of bets to the user. Most gambling websites won't do this stating some issues. Though there are scam accusations it is one among the oldest sports betting site in use. It won't ruin its reputation on these issues.

This is the good thing i do like with Nitrogen support account on this forum which do actively answer nor respond people problem towards them.Any issues do have corresponding reasons.
We have seen some issues with Nitro but we cant avoid the fact that this is one of the most trusted bookies as of this moment in spite of such thing.
