2019 first quarter is almost over but my expectation was to see Bitcoin much lower and set a new all time low in price. It is still possible to get lower prices but the possibility is not higher now. Depends on the next weeks in my opinion how Bitcoin is breaking supports or barriers.
if you want to invest in bitcoin at a low price, you should come and buy at the start of the first quarter, where the price of bitcoin is really below. for now I'm not sure bitcoin will go down further, because the market already looks stronger now.
