I'll donate you self mined 2 MAX if that helps you a bit, but there's really nothing more I can do, from the logs everything looks perfect, as you see. I did not had similar requests, so I guess it was a single issue.
icaros had the same problem. And I'll be asking around to see how many others are missing coins as well, I'll ask them to report them here.
