So, I mined over night, and have been consistently mining, but I have not received a payout from http://anomalypool.com/ since 9:32 EST. I have re-installed my wallet, and it is up to date.

Stop the wallet. Remove all nodes in the .conf-file and delete your block chain files and peers.dat. Start the wallet again.

Already did it, I am not off the block chain.
