I have found found the idea of this project is rather interesting. But I want to know why you should use a blockchain in this project? I guess it is not necessary.
Well there could be more things to do here especially in recruitment for all we know it should be registered in a certain government where will be registered. Legalities will be needed in implementing this project for smooth process of recruiting a talent for the team. Anyway, if you have a good idea about this could you specify it here so that we can see how it will going to work?
