Regarding the regular posting history, are there any specific criteria or we're free to post as long as we stay active and not break the rules?

RULES:
While a representative of SIGMA POOL, you are expected to uphold a certain level of regular participation on the forums. Participants can be removed or denied from participating in the campaign for any reason at any time and must wear the signature for the entire month in order to receive any payment. It is expected that participants participate regularly, and with legitimate posts. Those found to be spamming or posting from multiple accounts with the same IP will be removed immediately.
But an OG explaination would surely be appreciated.
